Please allow 7-10 and up to 14 Business Days For Order Processing.
Wholesale Orders Are Made To Order and Could Require an Additional 5
Business Days Depending on Order Volume and Product Availability.
Cancellations/Changes/Abandoned Shipments:
You may cancel or change your order within 12 hours of placing your order.
Domestic orders canceled after shipping, but prior to delivery, will incur a 10% restocking fee, plus the cost of shipping and return.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of the products returns / exchanges are not accepted. If you have allergies please contact me to verify potential allergen interatction. For Order Errors Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery to report any errors in the order for resolution. Kemistry Organics securely packs each order to ensure safe delivery. Understanding that things will happen during transit, Items arriving damaged require damage claim to be filed with the shipping courier. Kemistry Organics is not liable for items damaged during shipment.
