I have used this on myself and my husband’s hair and beard. I have fine (2a low porosity) but very long hair and a lot of it. My husband (2c high porosity) has hair that’s a bit coarser than mine. And of course beard hair. First washed with a clarifying shampoo and then used this conditioner. Covered with cap and put under a heat cap for 15 minutes and then rinsed. Completed my regular routine of a light leave in conditioner and sealed ends with a oil also from this shop. My hair has never been so silky. So strong and for once in my life not tangled. My husband’s hair felt great but his beard has never felt softer in its whole life and shedding kept to a minimum. I have used many masks during wash day. But this is absolutely the best. Found a new favorite.
